Case 1: Minimum continuous rest in any 24 hour period 6.
Case 2: Minimum total rest in any 24 hour period 10.
Case 3: Minimum Rest in each 7 day period 77.
Case 4: The minimum of 10 hours rest in any 24 hour period maybe divided into no more than 2 periods, one of which shall be at least 6 hours in length.
Case 5: The interval between consecutive periods of rest shall not exceed 14 hours.
